Yesterday’s run was almost twice the distance of last Sunday’s and it felt amazing. Recognizing that at this point I want to get more conditioned without over training. I walked 6-8 blocks of it as active recovery. I just want to get back into the swing of things as far as distance running is concerned. The great thing about running is that it is such a natural activity as well as biomechanical efficient. I agree with Dr. Ayers from Coastal Orthopedics that running is one of the most biomechanical efficient activities we can do.
