Today was another great day. Some of the simple things in life are very enjoyable. Take running for example. You can make it harder or easier by adding or subtracting distance. You can add a high knee lifting drill. You can run backwards. You can add bounding or skipping as in power skips. You can add lateral hops or Fartlek, also known as speed play, for example running some intervals faster than others. In the end whatever makes you get out there and do it!… more often. That…my freinds is what you ought te be doing to improve your health. Remember that cardiovascular activity by itself is not enough. You need the synergy of two to effect change.
