Another long day in what appears to be a myriad of long busy days. A good amount of it is volunteer. Now I can see how sometimes we can burn out. Even too much of a good thing can just be too much. Although, I have to say, I would not trade what I have done in these last two weeks for anything else. I have gotten to meet a fantastic group of people of which I am proud to be a part of. This evening’s run was great even though it was not very long, possibly a little over 2 miles.  These base easy runs are great to build up and get a good workout or end a workout increasing the effects of combined resistance and cardiovascular activity.
