Today March 27 was another great day. At the end of the day I finished an hour spin class. Afterward I did a mini boot camp that included box jumps, dual Bosu-ball wide push ups using center of black side, Hoist mid row, 200 double crunches on the Hoist abdominal, cork screw leg raises, squats/holds with kettlebell on reverse Bosu-ball, bar front shoulder raises/overhead, preacher, hammer and reverse grip curls, rope triceps extensions and prone position Ez bar curls off bench. I felt fantastic after that workout. What is great about spin class is that you will feel like you went on a great ride!
