Thursday, April 19th; stoked that I am back running again! I started small under 2 miles; just over 16 minutes and was not moving very fast. Since it was at noon time sweat was plentiful. Sweat is often a good indicator that we are hitting our mark. Short run or long run I feel great when I run.
