After I finished my first Savage Race in Ocotber 2013. I went downhill a bit due to a bad ankle. Although the running had to be paused for three to four weeks. I did not stop. You should not have to stop training or exercising! Except in rare instances that are medically necessary. Instead you need to customize your training to what you can do. This year I will be discussing this subject in my blog.
