Thirty Day Challenge
Hello everyone I know it is only day two of the New Year. I did not post yesterday January 2, 2014. Yet I did complete my 2nd workout of my new 30 day challenge for this year. On certain days I will add a short workout with weights of about thirty minutes.Today for the 2nd workout I worked back and triceps. I have also added the Jacobs Ladder to my workouts to increase the total amount spent doing Aerobic exercise.
