Well I do not want to make excuses!…Although I worked legs I missed my 30 day challenge routine. As trainers we can blow it also. Moving on I WILL make it up tomorrow.
As promised I will talk about cross training. According to Wikipedia is when an athlete trains in a different sport than the one he competes in with a goal to improve overall performance. It also helps to prevent and burnout. Find at least another activity you like or you can endure for the sake of fitness. Incorporate the activity into your weekly routine. For example if you are a runner do spining once or twice per week. This will help you improve your overall fitness. About.com lists,
