The little guy is at it again. It’s believed he caught the running bug again after donning on a new pair of Brooks running shoes at the Fit to Run Robinson Preserve 5-k. He ran the rest of that weekend. Since then he has only logged in 28.81miles which is really a tiny amount. These are mostly short runs in between 1.83 and 4.86. The point here is get out and do something to improve yourself and your health. You will feel better and your shape will improve. I heard he felt awesome after this morning’s run.
