As an experienced runner of 25 years and Marathon finisher Israel can help you improve race times. Israel has over 10 years of resistance training experience working with all ages: including seniors, adults, young adults, youth, and children from eight years of age, as well as clients with special conditions. He can develop a specific workout program to fit your unique fitness goals.
